In preparation for the LDS Expo in Salt Lake City we decided to revamp our Web site so that personal home PC users can tell we are on a mission to help them in the same way we help medium to large businesses. Our support requests have been shifting towards the Home PC user. Home users have not got big business resources to battle the same problems faced by business users so we are bringing that experience to help protect the average home PC and it's users.
